Riverside Auto recently changed my oil and rotated my tires. They were very thorough in checking under my hood and gave me confidence in their service. I love my vehicle and have very high mileage, so Riverside will now be my primary mechanic to keep my Escape on the road.

Their lead mechanic is Phenomenal and The Whole crew there will make you feel like family. My boy blue is back home and better than ever! Even gave me a bunch of tips for improvement.

I wish there were more stars to give ya'll!!! What a great experience I had even though a breakdown is not how I would of wanted to meet your staff. Thank you for coming to my rescue and fixing my car! I might live an hour away but I will never do to any other shop now besides Riverside Auto. You all are great and I appreciate every one of you,.

Ive been to several mechanic shops over the years and none compare to the folks at Riverside Auto. They are friendly & responsive experts in the Auto Repair field. I travel quite a bit and my profession keeps me busy. They understood & respected the importance of my time and got my repair done faster than I thought possible and less expensive than the mechanic I have been going to for 15 years. They will have me for a customer forever.

I thought I could fix my car myself but getting into it I found I was in way over my head. I called up Riverside and they got me in within a day. Looked at what I did, explained where I went wrong & did the repair I was not capable of doing myself. I will never go anywhere else. I called 3 other Loris shops and because I started to try to fix my car myself they said they couldn't help me. Not Riverside. They have me and everyone I can refer to them as customers for life. p.s. I am no mechanic and I won't try to fix things myself in the future just to save a few dollars. It's not worth it. Riverside needs 100 stars!!!

Where has this shop been all my life!!! I am so glad to have found them for my car repairs. Being female, I often feel taken advantage of when my car needs fixing, but not at Riverside. They don't just tell me what I need, they take the time to show me & explain everything to me start to finish. The price didn't change from my estimate to my finished repair either. Honest, priced better than any other place I have been and they are fast!

The owners handled the situation very professional & it seemed like the two women and the man with the red t-shirt were high on drugs and allowing an exposed naked child on a main highway. This is a great business & they always treat everyone fair. I was appalled at the actions of the 3 adults allowing a naked child to use a potty in such a public place & then dumping it on the ground of the business.
